Hands down, Wild Bill’s makes the best jerky on either side of the Mississippi. What started in 1955 at a small local butcher shop in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania (and later became Wild Bill's Foods in 1983) is now a nationwide favorite among beef jerky purists.
