Below are the questions we are most often asked by visitors to our website. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, or require assistance with placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Which credit cards do we accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

I do not have a credit card; can I still place an order?
Yes. For those customers wishing to pay with a money order or cashier's check, please click here. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.

Where do we ship?
In addition to shipping to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, we gladly ship to all military addresses (APO/DPO/FPO) and to all US Protectorates (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and US Virgin Islands).

Do we ship gift orders?
Great GiftsYes. We literally ship hundreds of gifts each year. To send a gift, first choose your gift item(s) and enter the message you wish conveyed. Second, add the gift item(s) to your cart and select Check Out. Lastly, during the check out procees enter your recipient's name and address in the "Shipping Address" fields. That's it!

Your gift will be shipped with a packing slip (on the outside of the box) that does not show any prices. Inside the box, we'll place a handwritten gift card conveying your personalization gift message (assuming you opted to include one).

How much do we charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on any order over $49. Orders under $49 will be charged $4.99.

How will my order be shipped?
USPS Priority MailAll orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. If you require a faster shipping method (i.e. Next Day or Second Day), please make your purchase on Amazon - click here to view our products on Amazon. Amazon warehouses and sells the majority of our product line and their expedited shipping charges are drastically lower than what we are able to offer you.

When will my order be shipped?
Once we receive your order, it will leave our shipping center (in Lebanon, Pennsylvania) within 2 business days.

When will my order arrive?
On the day we ship your order, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order has been shipped along with the USPS tracking number. Although the USPS does not guarantee an exact delivery date, once you have received our email you can expect delivery in the following number of days:

   Continental 48 States: 2-4 days
   Alaska and Hawaii: 3-5 days
   Military (APO/DPO/FPO): 5-10 days
   US Protectorates: 5-10 Days

What is our return policy?
If you wish to return an item(s), please do so within 14 days. Our return shipping address is ShopMonogramFoods.com, 1545 Joel Drive, Lebanon, PA 17046. Please note that we do not accept returns for opened packages.

Are the products we sell inspected?
Yes. All of our meat snacks are inspected and approved by the United States Department of Agriculture.

What is the average shelf life of our products?
Each one of our products have an expiration date printed on the exterior of the pack. On average, the products we sell will have a minimum shelf life of 4 months and a maximum of 10 months.

Do I need to refrigerate the jerky or sticks?
Unopened, you do not need to refrigerate our jerky or sticks. Once opened, we suggest storing the unused product in an air tight container at room temperature. We never recommend refrigerating jerky but you can refrigerate sticks, if so desired.
